Re: vehicle jacks

I have not recieved any updates on such but that does not mean that you do not have rights. If the jack was faulty and you were injured you should pursue compensation. Good luck if you need to talk either email direct [email protected] or call 727-328-7900 Anthony Comparetto, Esq.

Re: vehicle jacks

The Ford Motor Company, and probably every other major automobile manufacturer, has probably been sued for allegedly defective jacks. It is the plaintiff's burden to prove that the jack was defective.

What exactly happened that causes you to state that the jack was defective? Do you still have the jack? If not, do you know where the jack is?

Were you injured as a result of the alledgely defective jack? If so, how severe were your injuries?

You should schedule a formal consultation with a lawyer. Most attorneys either provide a free initial consultation, or charge a nominal fee.
