Legal Question in Product Liability in Florida
Manufacturing
Is a manufacturer responsible for anything other than the product manufactured and shipped out. Lets say a certain % of the printing on containers are bad and goes unnoticed until already shipped out. Whos responsible container co., or manufacturer?

It depends. Generally speaking, both are liable.
