Assoication for my house

I owe my association for the past year. I received a letter that if full payment is not made by 01/17 they will forclose on my property.

..... and what is your question? If you do not pay, they can file a Claim of Lien if that has not already been done and then foreclose. It will prove very costly if you do not resolve this matter before then.
