Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I was awarded a property in a divorce. The taxas on the property are due. The properties loan and taxes are under my x-husbands name, but it is quick deed to me. If the taxes and loan go unpaid how am I effected?

Your information is unclear. The divorce decree should specify who is to pay taxes and the mortgage. If they go unpaid, the bank can foreclose.
