Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

my exwife recived my house in the divorce the deed is in her name the morgage is in my name. i cant get another house with this morgage and she wont sing a lease what can i do ?

This should have been addressed in the property settlement agreement and/or final order for dissolution. So, my initial question is why did it not get done at that point? Why does she need to sign the lease, she should not have to do so?
