Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Florida Real Estate Law

Is Florida a non recourse State?

We have been trying to sell our gorgeous second home for many months without much luck as the market is now flooded. Is our primary residence in CA protected if we end up defaulting on the second home in FL?
