Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Foreclosure Auction

If an HOA foreclosed on its lien for unpaid maintenance fees, and there are two other superior mortgages, what would be the result of someone bidding on the unpaid leins, but not the primary mortgages at a foreclosure sale? Can they get the HOA's ownership rights but not the mortgage company's?

Re: Foreclosure Auction

Your answer depends on the date the hoa

filed their lien.In addition, the two other superior mortgage holders would have the right to buy the hoa lien/judgment to protect their position. If you are interested in pursuing this area I would suggest you send me an e-mail with your phone number and it a good time to reach you there to discuss this further. I look forward to speaking with you.
