Re: foreclosure

I cannot give you advice regarding Florida law, but have been involved in a case where real property was foreclosed. The foreclosure was accomplished through the court. The property was sold at an auction. After the auction the lender requested a deficiency judgment. The borrower has the opportunity to present proof of the current value of the property, which may be more than the sale price.
