Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

life estate

I am considering bidding on a property during a county foreclosure sale at the courthouse. The foreclosure concerns a ''life estate''. I am assuming since the lender is foreclosing a mortgage, it appears the person entitled to the ''life estate'', is not entitled to any special priviledges, in the event of a mortagee foreclosure. Am I correct? Since the ''life estate'' benefacor is still residing at the address, will the ''issuance of a writ of possession,'' guarantee that I will be able to dislodge her.

Is there anything concerning a ''life estate'' foreclosure that I should be aware of?
