Re: Mobile Home park closings

My Roommate has a mortgage that she pays through Wachovia and still owe $17K, she has to get out of the park by February 28-09, mobile homw is too old to be moved. She has perfect credit and doesn't know what to do? Pls advise......

There are laws in place designed to protect your friend and possibly provide some assistance. Specifically Florida Statute 723.
