Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

i recently sold a car for cash. the buyer is unhappy since the odometer does not work and wants his money back. he claims that i never told him that the odometer was broken, and although i believe i did, i did note on the title which i gave him that the odometer did not reflect actual mileage (check box), and wrote 'as is' next to the purchase price since it is an older car.

he says that he is going to return the car and file a claim in court. what are my options? do i have to return his money?

You should be able to prevail in court, however, I don't know what other documents you executed. In addition, you should review Florida's lemon law to see if it applies to you.
