Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

A rentors rights in a Condo Assoc. I'm being kicked out for no reason!

My lease was terminated because the lady that runs the office in the condo association will not stop calling the real estate company making false complaints about us. I have a years lease and follow the rules to be the best of my knowledge. Because I rent I cannot attend any board meetings, I receive no letters. The owner of the condo and the realtor say they have no problems and want us to stay. Any complaint she has bothered telling us about she have either been false, greatly exaddgerated or we complied to the rules and regulations of the board. I feel I am being discriminated against due to 1) my age 2) I rent 3) they dont like my vehicle. There are no age limits and we do not drive a truck. What are my rights? How do I get her to stop? Can she soley be responsible for putting me and my 18 month old daughter on the streets? Can I get my deposit back if I am forced to leave?

The only way they can remove you is by court order. Should they start a proceeding against you you can defend. Contact me should you need legal counsel.
