Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Signed without notary or witness

Before my final divorce in 1995 I signed a quit claim deed over to my ex-wife. It was signed by me with no witnesses or notary. Recently, I found a copy a a quit claim deed in the duval county records that has two witnesses, a notary and her attorney's signatures.............. I was not in their presence on the date of the quit claim deed or have never met any of the witnesses. Is the quit claim deed recorded legal?

Re: Signed without notary or witness

Until you bring on a proceeding to have it declared fraudulent it is legal.
