Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I signed a 1 year lease for a rental apartment and have been living here for 6 months. I was told by the real-estate agent there would be minor cosmetic changes to replace the balcony railings and that it would take at the most 2 months.
It is now month 4 into the construction and my balcony is still locked and blocked off, and any day now they are going to block off my 2nd bedroom to make an extended part of the balcony through half of the room. There is extremely loud jack hammering from 8am - 5pm mon-fri. It is so loud that I cannot hear someone on the telephone which is highly effecting my home business.

The building is going through a full renovation and there is constant construction going on with the exterior building structure, lobby renovations, parking lot renovations, elevators, and many other areas of the building and complex. Most people have moved out until the renovation is set to be completed in December 2013.
2 months ago I notified the owners that the construction is not over, and they said they were not aware of any construction and took $100 off the rent. Then 2 weeks ago I notified them to let them know they are blocking off the bedroom and that I would need to move out soon. They agreed to give me my full security however they will only give me half of my last months rent and are telling me I have to be out on a certain date in 2 weeks and basically told me "too bad, you signed the lease". It will be very hard to find an apartment in this short time and i am also incurred with all the moving fee's I will face. I should also be getting back my full last months rent back since I won't even be here. What are my rights ? and what do I need to do about this?
