Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Florida

Obcene e-mail picture

My boss e-mailed me the most obcene e-mail picture that I've ever seen,I was so embarassed,I would like to know if anything can be done about this sexual harassment that I've been putting up with for two years now,I need the job thats why I am still here,please help!!

If possible try to preserve the email and the photo by emailing it to yourself and/or printing it. If this has been going on for 2 years you most likely have a sexual harassment claim if the company has more than 15 employees. If it has less, you may still have a claim under some local statute. See an attorney immediately. In the meantime, try to reconstruct a diary of all the instances you can remember over the 2 year period. Does your company have a sexual harassment policy or a method of reporting harassment? Find out how to do it or you may not be able to go forward with your claim. Good luck.
