i filed for non profit status can i operate under non profit while status is pending

Yes, you may operate while your corporate status is pending. Generally, in

Florida, filing of corporation articles results in very prompt results (one week).

If the status is pending because of an important issue, you may be advised

to delay operations because of potential tax or other issues.
