Car Accident Not At Fault Illegal lane Change
I just got into an accident just got out of the hospital its 2:56 AM Monday morning and I would like to speak with someone about filing a law suit against this guy. This pulled out in front of me crossing 2 lanes and I tried to avoid him and I smacked right into him. I got a report and the state trooper said it was the other guys fault and my car is messed up really messed up I went to the hospital because my neck and back were hurting by the time I got to the hospital I couldn�t feel my left leg I had a tingling feeling going down my neck to my foot. He was ticketed for an illegal lane change and I would like some advice or find an attorney to help me out or take the case for me. Sorry if my spelling is off I was assaulted on the first and my eyes are swollen. The whole accident was his fault and my insurance is not covering the damage to my car so I have to contact his insurance company and I already contacted mien but I want to talk to a lawyer before I call to speak to an adjuster thank you
