Do the beneficiaries of a living trust have the right to know the terms or need to be notified of its terms?

Oversimplified, if you are in Missouri and you are a "qualified beneficiary", generally meaning that you are currently entitled to receive benefits from that trust, then yes, you are "entitled". There are specific provisions in the Missouri Uniform Trust Code that deal with this. Your specific situation would have to be reviewed to determine this.
