If I bought a home and found out that all the disclosures were lies and now I have to pay thousands of dollars to repair the house because of the fraululent answers on the SDellers Disclosure....what can I do
While this is not a Probate/Estate question, there is a line of court cases whereby the buyer could rescind a real estate purchase when the seller fails to disclose matters that effect the material value of the home. It only applies to residential, and only if the seller knew about it.
You will need to see a real estate lawyer and a lawsuit to rescind may be in order.
If you prove fraud, you would have a valid lawsuit.
