Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Contesting a will

My mother left a will stating that anyone who objected to the will would be considered predeceased before her, yet my brother has continued to block the sale or transfer of her estate and has threatened my sister and I with a lawsuit if we don't sign our share of the estate to him.We don't have the finances to fight him, and can't afford to maintain my mother's home. What can we do?
