Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My father was married to my step-mother for about 18yrs. During their marriage they purchased a condo in Florida. My father passed away while they were married, my step-mother kept the condo and changed the deed to her name only. My step-mother remarried (married about 19 yrs to 2nd husband). She has passed away, her current husband cannot find a will although she told me a couple weeks before here death that she appointed me as executor. Is he entitled to the condo that was my fathers (and stepmothers), even though his name was never added to the deed?
