You are not personally responsible, but your father's 'estate' is responsible. If the estate, or the beneficiaries cannot either refinance the mortgage under their names or cannot pay off the mortgage note, then the bank may foreclose on the property.

If you are not on the mortgage note, then you are not responsible to pay out of your own funds. If probate has been opened, then the funds would be paid from the estate. Should you have further questions, please feel free to contact me.
