Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My finace just passed away and he was divorced for 3 years, I have been been with him for 2 years. His ex wife is executor of his will. she will recieve all that was agree to in their divorce. My question is she able to take anything we have acquired together since they were divorced? He left part ownership to me of a boat he bought while we were together can she take this? and he left me as beneficary over his personal checking account, can she also take this?

In Florida if he divorc ced her - then his will died as well. She is not the executor. She can not get anything unless she is a beneficiary. Her capacity as executor/personal representative is null.
