How do I find out the law office handling my deceased father's estate, now that my step-mother is no longer mentally aware.

Contact County Clerk where decedent lived to see if estate has filed.

Mr. Slater is correct. File is sealed, so all you can get is the name of the attorney. You can asccess on line depending on the County.
