Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I have lived with my father for seven years. But my father recently passed away and he did not have a will (state of Florida). How long will I be able to stay at my father's house before the bank confiscates it?

If you mean forclose, it depends on the bank. If you are the only heir, why not protect the property and pay the mortgage and file a probate to clear title in your name?
