I am married for the second time and I wanted to know if my spouse dies would his children be entitled to part of my estate when I pass away? His daughter said they would be and also my dads estate. Is this true?

Not if your spouse dies first.

If your spouse dies first and in his will leaves everything to you, then his kids would be entitled to inherit only if you so directed in your will.
