Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

my mom died when i was 16 i was ut under my brothers care until i turned 18...my mother had me on her life insurence claim and i was suppose to recive 40 thousand dollares when i turned 18 but my brother had been telling me that he changed the day for me to be reciving the money until i was 21 ....long story short im 19 going on 20 in a couple days and i ended up finding out from calling the insurence company that both checks were mailed to me one on my 18 birthday and another one a couple months later i contacted my brother and he told me that i signed papers releasing the money to him witch i no i didnt because as soon as i turned 18 i was out of the house ...what should i do?

Run to an attorney ASAP. You need to 1. sue him for your funds and/or 2. prosecute him for fraud
