Stock Dividends paid out during probate

If a relative dies and leaves you stock,

and then during the probate process a

dividend check is paid out from the

stock, who gets that money? The

estate or the beneficiary?

It depends on the whether the will specifically addresses the situation. However, I would suggest the dividend belongs to the beneficiary and should be held by the Estate until the Probate is complete.
