Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I have several stock holdings that I would like to TOD to my two children. There is no way to divide the stocks equally since only one beneficiary can be named on each account. What can I do to be fair?

Try another stock broker. I believe there are brokerage companies that will allow multiple names on a TOD account.

I agree with Mr. Kaplan. I found this to be unusual as my clients have several names on their accounts. Apparently you need a new broker.
