Updated letter of administration

I need to transfer some inherited stock. When I contacted the stock fund they said they have to have a lettter of admin. that is dated within the past 60 days. My LOA is about 9 months old.... How can I get an updated LOA or force the stock fund to transfer the stock to my name?

They want a certificate of your appointment dated within 60 days, not your letters of appointment issued within 60 days. The court clerk should know what to give you.
