If I have a written contract with somebody for rent to own trailer and it's already signed in my name yet I have finished making the payments and the person the contract is with passes away and has no spouse to pay the money to what should I do?

If you want title, you will have to petition the probate court as a interested party in order to have a personal representative appointed.
