Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I am a general service tech who got hurt at work and was,on,workers comp for 6 months

Since then I have returned to work full duty after about three weeks they fired me there

Reason was my productivity wich I know is bull they cut my hrs down to 20 a week.so how

Can I be productive for example if schedueled 8-12 and only 3 cars come in to be serviced

And there is 3 other mechanics in the shop how is that fair to me. My question is can I go after

My employer for firing me for that reason.

This would be a wrongful discharge case. One has to look at each case to see if it meets the requirements. Did you have a workers compensation lawyer and if not why not? I handle both types of cases.

Seek some legal help. You dont say whether you have a permanent injury or not and whether you have restrictions that impacted on your inability to work either. You have two potential claims and may need two different attorneys unless you choose someone like Mr. Marino.
