Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I got hurt at work resulting in 2 slipped disk

And a pinched nerve workers comp doctor

Released me with no restrictions the ime said diffrent

Now my job fired me there reason was my productivity

I was hired as a general service tech doing oil changes and tires

Along the way I learned alot doing more than just oil

Changes they sent me to all the training classes

But after the accident they cut me down to 4hrs a day

20 hrs a week so how can I be productive if im not

Getting the hrs can I go after my employer for falsley firing me on those

Grounds.

You need legal representation. You had an IME? If so, go back to your attorney. Did you do that on your own? You do not have a claim for false firing, unless you had some sort of written contract that was breached. Once you were released without restrictions you techinically should have been able to do your job without a problem. Depending on your actual medical status and your age, etc. you may have other claims. Seek legal guidance asap.
