Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
if mediation does not work and you atty chooses to go to trial against workers comp what are the chances of comp trying to settle before court i have heard they do not like to go to court. already two back surgeries doctor said to file for disability can not lift over 10 lbs and will be on pain medication rest of life poss. future surgerie to fuse vertibrate
