Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

TPD shall I settle?

I am in total permanent disability, without being accepted by Social Security a permanent disable?? sett. is 170.000, plus 450 a month,+ an account for future medical espenses, which is probably not enough.. I appreciate some help. thank you
