Workers Comp Claim

Can a person file a workers comp claim that is a year and three months old and the person never went to the doctor.

As long as you reported your injury within thirty (30) days after it happened, or within 30 days of when you knew from medical information you got that you were injured at work, you then have 2 years to claim medical or indemnity benefits.
