Yes i would like to no how can beat this charge that i have i don't have any money but the charge is idle&loiter for illicit sex

If you have a criminal charge you MUST get a lawyer. Defending yourself is an excellemt way to break into jail.

So if you care about the outcome, get a lawyer. If you cannot afford counsel and truly are indigent, the court will appoint counsel. (No one here knows if you are guilty or innocent, so no one knows whether you will like the outcome, but it is a certainty that a lawyer can improve the outcome over defending onself).
