Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

Filed chap 7 nd included my traffic fines because they were sent to a collection agency will I still be required to pay the fines once discharge is final?

Why aren't you asking your BR lawyer what was or was not discharged? Most traffic fines (and other similar penalties and fines) are not discharged.

You asked this on another site and received the answer four times earlier today.

Hopefully you didn't do something very foolish and file pro se (if you did see a lawyer to find out what you may have messed up as pro se bankruptcies often are problematic).

Traffic fines, as you were told by four experienced bankruptcy lawyers on the other site, are NOT discharged in Chapter 7.

The discharge won't be final, because you foolishly (and believe me, you are a fool) filed your chap 7 pro se.
