Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I live in GA and just got my business license (occupational Tax Certificate) yesterday. My business is private investigations. Would I benefit if I purchased a vehicle under the company's name? Should I purchase it prior to the new year? Or is too late since I received the license on 12/16. What can I write off.

You should ask your tax adviser as that really is more of a personal tax question than a legal question. You will need to have one anyway even without the vehicle issue.

Before you started your business you should have had a professional team - a lawyer, a CPA and an insurance agent. The question you ask is one for your CPA, who will need detailed financial information to answer. Since the wrong choice can cost you thousands, see your CPA in the morning.
