Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Georgia
I was driving in a 35 mph zone. I saw the sign stating it was 45 mph. i didn't see the police sitting off the road with her lights out. I thought it was a regular car. The car was sitting 3 car lengths for the road. The office gave me a ticket for doing 55 in a 35. I stated the sign in front of me is 45. And she was not in site. is this entrapement?
