Vehicle Purchase from dealer

I purchased a vehicle from a dealer it was represented to me as new and we have just found out that the truck was purchased at an auction by the dealer with extreme hail damage on the roof. Due to the fact that it is a large truck we did not look at the roof. I am now having issues getting them to handle warranty work.

What is your specific question? You failed to state what the contract stated about whether the vehicle was new or used. There is your first place to start, and without that any opinion here is of little value. The same goes for the warranty. We don't have a copy. Read it. We also can't guess what you mean by "issues" about the warranty work.
