Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Debt/Collections

We recently got a loan for infertility treatment, about $20K from Capital One. I was just laid off from work and can no longer afford to make the payments. I am current on the payments as of now, but next month is going to be tough. Can this type of loan be included in a Ch. 7 Bankruptcy along with some other unpaid medical bills that I have?

Re: Debt/Collections

All debts, assets, and other information is "included" in a bankruptcy case. Whether you qualify for a Ch. 7, and what happens with those debts and assets is something you need to discuss with a bankruptcy lawyer in your area.
