Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Hello,

I have a previous employer who owes me commission from when i worked there. The product was sold by me while i worked there. Half the money for the sale was paid upon the sale. (As half the money for the product was paid by the customer) And half was to be paid upon delivery of the product. (As the second half was to be paid by the customer). The second installment has not yet been paid to me which is over $6000. What is my best course of action?
