How do I print something showing I have verified that a person is not active duty military?

You are asking lawyers about printing a document?

Is it on the internet? If you do not have a printer, then find a UPS-type of store close to you. Save the document (if you can) and send it to them or put it on a portable flash drive.

If you have a printer and its hooked up and functioning, I am not sure why the document will not print. Nor would a lawyer be able to help you (unless the lawyer was a computer geek) and could see what you have and why the document will not print.
