Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Over a year ago, I payed off a loan for a vehicle for my stepson (not my stepson at the time) who was in between jobs so that he would not lose the vehicle. I did put the vehicle in my name and on my insurance. He did not start paying me back for a time after he returned to work until it was brought up to him. He wanted to take the vehicle out of state and was planning to use it for things which I did not approve of so I did not let him take it. After that, I wrote up a contract that stated that he would pay me on the first of each month or by the following Friday. If a payment was not made, he'd have to return the vehicle immediately after 30 days. I am listed as the lein holder on the title. He is now late o n his payments and I need to know if I can go get the truck on Oct. 1st. if he does not return it voluntarily.
