Do you mean banishment? If you were banished, and your sentence is over, you can go back. When your friend (not you) gets you into trouble, you should be ready for a punishment twice as bad as anyone else. Why? Because you were banished. But returning is not prohibited.

Your question is an interesting one. I am curious as to whether you agreed to never return to Georgia or if you were merely required to stay away during the term of your probation. In any case, a sentence requiring a permanent ban on your travel would seem to violate your constitutional rights.

In the future, always consult a lawyer before entering into a plea. If, by chance, you run into trouble in the future you need to make sure that if you accept a plea deal, that the terms are acceptable. Alternatively, if you are sentenced, your lawyer should work to ensure that the sentence is not excessive and/or unconstitutional.
