Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

Seized property under O.C.G.A. section 16-13-49

I loaned my truck to my husband during time we were seperated and he loaned it to a friend to move furniture. The friend was arrested during this time for possessing methamphetamine in a trafficking amount and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Notice of seizure states vehicle, currency and shotgun were in close proxmity to, believed to be proceeds of, and were used to facilitate activity in violation of O.C.G.A. section 16-13-31. I have no prior record and do not know if person arrested has prior record. My husband and myself had to knowledge of this person dealing with drugs and were not aware he was doing this in my vehicle. He was not actually arrested in my truck but from what I understand the officer believes it was used for this purpose. He was supposed to return truck to husband by the end of the weekend. How do I file claim to have my property returned to me? Is there a form I should complete or will a letter be sufficient? Or what should I do?
