Disorderly while under the influence
I was given a ticket for ''disorderly conduct while under the influence''. I am lucky that is the only charge I got. I left a bar drunk and hopped over a chain link fence and passed out in the mud at a construction site. I guess I caused quiet a scene...police, ambulance and fire rescue were looking for me. This is my first offense, I have a clean record otherwise. I have to go to court in 2 days. Should I plea no lo? What kind of fine will I be faced with and how long will this stay on my record? Thanks for your advice.

You really should get an attorney for that court date because it will stay on your record.
