Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Adultery, moved out then back in. Now they still want a divorce.

I was confronted about sleeping out side of my marriage. I only confess b/c I had information of wrong doing on my wifes part. Nothing hard core just cellphone calls at 3am to a number w/ male voice on the voice mail. I moved out then was ask to move back home. Things seemed okay but now is talking about divorce again b/c she can't get over it. Since I admitted to adultery does that automatically give her the upper hand on child custody and assets (house, money, etc.)? Will the cellphone calls make her less credible? She makes more than I do so I feel like the courts will say she is more stable than me.

This is too delicate and too difficult to try to answer in this type of forum. You should consult with a local attorney to go over all the issues.
