Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

child custody

I have had a change in custody and now my ex-spouse is not following the new order, i dont have money for a new atty, i spent over 10k last year. I have filed a complaint with local police, how can i file a contempt on my own? Is ther anything I can do right now that make give me any leverage??

Please any help would be reat. Thanks.

You are right that contempt is probably the most effective route you can take. You can certainly try to do it yourself; however, you will be presumed to know all the applicable law and procedure, just as if you were an attorney. If you don't cross all the T's and dot all the I's, the results could be disastrous.
